A few weeks ago photographers made many prototypes from the Chevy Silverado 2500 HD 2020 and GMC Sierra 2500 HD test trucks.
Several body styles were recorded before camera operation. A missing piece of the test fleet, however, was the GMC Sierra Denali 2500 HD Crew Cab with its four full doors. Now we have photos of the luxurious cloak that are practiced with accessories that look a lot like Denali.
The 2020 Sierra Denali 2500 has many visual upgrades given to the shorter Denali 1500 brothers. There is the largest, more daring Chrome grills, unique 20 inch wheels and square platforms. If the truck did not happen, the photographers could do the Denali embroidered on the head restraints. This gives them away. Also, in 2020, the 2500 HD and his older brother 3500 HD should, like the recent 1500 debut, use a mixture of aluminum and steel in its construction.
The exterior will be similar to the Silverado 2500 HD, under the hood will be similar. This means that the GMC will use the 6.6-liter Duramax Diesel V8 and 6.0-liter V8 gasoline to drive the vehicle. The Duramax will probably get a replacement to get more horsepower and torque to help improve the towing capacity of the truck – it should be for a new heavy-duty truck. The petrol engine must remain as a drive.
The six-speed automatic transmission does not change as the truck’s competitors still use a six-speed transmission. The Allison 1000 6-speed automatic transmission is optional. The new Hydra-Matic 10-speed automatic transmission can also appear as an option.

Chevy already has a teaser for Silverado 2500 and now we have tested a large number on the road. It is hard to imagine that both the Sierra and Silverado HD trucks will leave for the first time next year. Probably the car in Detroit or Chicago. After the announcement, both will be released later in 2019.
It was a great year for truck debuts. From January we have seen the new 2019 Chevy Silverado, 2019 Ram 1500, 2019 Ford Ranger and 2019 GMC Sierra. Just last week we drove the new Ford 2018 Ford F-150 diesel. The Silverado, RAM and Sierra HD variants will follow soon. We have seen another teaser for the Silverado 2500. These new spy shoots give us a fairly decent look at the upcoming 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali.
Like the Sierra 1500, the new 2500 looks more than just a Silverado with a new face. Also, with a camouflage, you can see that it has a grid on the size of a football rule that is adorned in a sea chrome. Both the front and rear wings have some important lights, but it’s hard to tell if this is just the cover. It’s hard to see if the vehicle has the new luggage compartment or door, but expect the new CarbonPro carbon fiber bed to take its course.
We have already seen the double version of Silverado. The Sierra 3500 should come next to the other HD variants. Expect a mixture of aluminum and steel body, such as lightweight models. We expect a full revelation sometime next year.
2020 Yukon Denali Concept
Below are our expectations for 2020 GMC Yukon:

- Significantly lighter than the fourth-generation model, as much as 300kg (136kg)
- New exterior and interior architecture
- Improved configuration and usability of the third series
- Embedding the Next Generation GMC Entertainment Information System (Third Generation)
- More luxury, comfort and convenience
- Add independent rear suspension, optional or as standard
- Introduction of a new engine family combined with an 8-speed and 10-speed automatic transmission
- Availability of GM Super Cruise’s autonomous technical driving
Body style
- We assume that in 2020 GMC Yukon will continue to offer two body styles:
- A fully developed five – door SUV (Yukon) and
- An extended fifth grader with a five-goal SUV (Yukon XL)
Platform
- Like all GMC Yukon’s 5th generation, 2020 Yukon will be on the GM T1 platform, shared with the Chevrolet Suburban 2020, the 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe and the Cadillac Escalade and
- Cadillac Escalade ESV. The same basic architecture was introduced from 2019 Chevrolet
- Silverado and 2019 GMC Sierra.
Production
- 2020 GMC Yukon and Yukon XL will continue to be assembled by GM USA at the GM Arlington plant in Arlington, Texas, USA.
